Shipping


 

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx ground.  Most items will ship USPS Priority Mail.  Enter your address carefully to prevent delays caused by address verification.  A flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 is charged for all orders.

To guard against loss or damage insurance is included on all shipments.  Should your order be lost, we will do all we can to find your item, assist you with filing any claims and arranging for a replacement if necessary.

Delivery confirmation is included with all USPS shipments, and a tracking number provided with all FedEx ground shipments.  Tracking information will be e-mailed at time of shipment.
 

Expedited Shipments:  Express shipping is offered by special request only.  Once your order has been completed you will be contacted with estimated express charges for approval.

RUSH ORDERS:

 

Although we strive to complete all orders a quickly as possible, sometimes you may need your order a little sooner. Turnaround time can vary greatly at any given time.  All our products are handcrafted and thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. The rush service will ensure that your order ships within 2 weeks (10 business days) after payment is received.

 

Some items may not qualify for rush service due to the detailed nature of the product.  Custom and DIY labels, special order items and some colors of bouquet sashes may require additional time as they must be ordered from our supplier.  If there is an item you need quickly that does not qualify, contact us via e-mail to see if it is possible to accommodate your request.

 

Rush service charges are non-refundable.  This service guarantees that your order will ship from our location within 10 business days.  This does not include shipping time.  If we are unable to meet your rush request, you will be notified as soon as possible.

 

 

RETURNS:
 

Due to the nature of our personalized products All Sales Are Final.  While we strive for every order to be perfect, we understand that sometimes issues will arise.  If this should occur we will work with you to correct the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.

If you find an issue with your order or you have concerns please e-mail us immediately so we may address these with you.  Carefully check your spelling and monogram letter placement when submitting your order.  Once we receive your order you will be sent an e-mail confirmation.  Please review your order at that time and if you find an error contact us immediately so we may ensure your order is completed to your exact specifications.

 Each situation will be handled on an individual basis.  Refunds will not be issued for shipping or rush service charges.  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
